1. Check the Ink Cartridges
Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not empty.
Use genuine HP cartridges to avoid compatibility issues.
Remove and reseat the cartridges to ensure they are securely in place.
2. Clean the Printhead
Use the printer’s built-in cleaning tool to clean the printhead.
Access this option via the printer's control panel under “Settings” > “Maintenance.”
Run the cleaning cycle and print a test page to verify the results.
3. Update Printer Drivers
Visit the HP Support website to download the latest drivers for your printer.
Install the updated drivers and restart your computer.
4. Clear Paper Jams
Open the printer's access panel and carefully remove any stuck paper.
Make sure no torn pieces of paper remain inside the printer.
5. Reset the Printer
Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
Wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.
This can resolve temporary glitches affecting the printer's performance.
